You must have had a consultation in which Dr. Vijay Bose, Dr. Koen De Smet, Dr. Thomas Gross or Dr. Su have found you to be a candidate for the hip resurfacing procedure
Not have any health insurance coverage, so being turned down by your insurance to go to a certain doctor does not mean you do not have insurance.
Not have the financial means to pay for your surgery - unable to obtain a loan, do not own a home in which you can borrow against, etc.

Announcing our 6th Candidate

DAST International has selected it’s sixth candidate Juliana Sabana have been in pain since 2004 and the last 3 and a half years the pain has been seriously debilitating. When it started getting pretty bad in '06, She had excellent medical coverage through his work.
